CORE STRENGTH PILATES

My Pilates classes are for everyone. I strive to provide a positive, energising and non-intimidating environment that can be adapted to meet all levels of experience.

During my program of classes, we will focus on improving your posture, enhancing your flexibility and strengthening your core muscles, all whilst enjoying time with like-minded people.  

I run individual and group classes in the villages around the Vale of Belvoir, including Bottesford, Orston and Long Bennington.

About me

I'm a qualified Ievel 3 Pilates instructor (YMCA) living in the Vale of Belvoir. 

My goal is to offer conditioning programs that suit the health needs and fitness experiences of everyone. I am extremely passionate about Pilates and the benefits that it can bring to people of all ages. 

I provide group classes to suit all levels and can also offer individual sessions in the comfort of your own home (subject to location)

Yoga Practice

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named after its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
