Service Description

During my program of classes, we will focus on improving your posture, enhancing your flexibility and strengthening your core muscles, all whilst enjoying time with like-minded people.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Individual classes must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Classes cancelled without 24 hours notice will be classed as a late cancellation and the class will be charged as if attended. Block bookings must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
